Evaluate and fix broken fireplace damper in front room

Multiple painting projects

Repair light over sink in master bathroom

OUTDOORS:

Spray and/or weed beds around house & pool

Mulch beds

Painting projects

Pressure wash walkways, deck. pool

Install basketball hoop

Clean gutters

Finish fire pit area

Put out fire ant killer

Mow & trim grass

Beautify pool area

Build fenced area for 2 rolling garbage bins

Install new front door with security camera and keyless entry

Bush hog fields

Trim blueberry bushes and figs trees

Digging up bulbs in yard, dividing and replanting for spring
